Greek Salad

1 green bell pepper, chopped

2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut into halves

1 cucumber, seeded and cut lengthwise

4 ounces feta cheese, cut into cubes

1/3 cup red onion, sliced

1/3 cup mint leaves

1/3 cup Kalamata olives, pitted

1 glove garlic, minced

2 tsp Saucy Jalapeno Tomatillo hot sauce

3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar

3 Tablespoon Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon Honey 

½ tsp Kosher salt

¼ tsp Pepper


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, tablespoons red wine vinegar, minced garlic, salt, Saucy Jalapeno Tomatillo hot sauce, honey, mind leaves, and pepper. 
  2. Place the cucumber, red onion, olives, feta cheese, tomatoes and bell on a platter. 
  3. Drizzle the mixture and toss gently.
  4. Season to taste and serve.
